OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Below please find our company’s general policy on safety that encompasses our commitment to safety procedures for all our projects involving construction and maintenance

The contractor’s management recognizes its responsibilities for effective implementation of safety and loss prevention policies within the scope of its contractual requirements for each project. It is proven that industrial construction can be performed safely when it is competently planned, well managed and stringently supervised.

The safety program aims to prevent any possible accidents and minimize occurrence of the accidents through effective training and discipline among employees. It also aims at maximizing loss prevention through exercising loss prevention measures in the work site

Majority of accidents occurring at the construction site, which sometimes result in loss of life and damage to property, are caused by negligence and lack of observation of safety and loss prevention procedures.
In keeping with the safety policies required by every company or client to protect life and prevent damage to property, our Project Management has directed an establishment of a safety program aimed at satisfying this and to comply with any of the client’s Construction safety Manuals such as Manual of Safety and Loss Prevention has been written and distributed to all concerned personnel involved in the execution of a project.

COMPANY’S SAFETY ORGANIZATION

Our company’s Safety Organization Set-up for every project comprised the following personnel.
  • Project Manager.
  • Safety Manager / Engineer.
  • Site Supervisor.
  • Foreman

Description – Safety and Audition Program

The company’s safety audit program is implemented by the Safety Manager / Engineer in cooperation with all personnel involved in a particular task or project.

The General Audit Program covers the following:

  • Implementation of General Safety Rules and Precautions.
  • Operation of Motor Vehicles and Mobile Equipment`s.
  • Fire Protections
  • Plant Operations
  • Clearance and Permits.
  • First Aid Treatment and Resuscitation
  • Accident Investigation / Reporting (For Statistical Purposes)
It is the Safety Manager’s / Engineer’s duty to collect periodic information of the above section not only for statistical purposes but to ensure minimal occurrences of accidents and proper implementation of the guidelines as detailed in the company’s and / or the Client’s Safety and Loss Prevention Manual, whichever is applicable
