QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL PROGRAM
WORK SITE
1. A thorough investigation of the work site shall be conducted in order to gain acquaintance and satisfaction with the general local conditions that will affect the work. Such conditions will include transportation and access to the site that includes availability and condition of roads, disposal handling and storage of materials; availability of water andpower, climatic conditions; tides and ground water where applicable; and equipment, machinery and materials required prior to and during the performance of the work. Damaged cause to any existing property during execution of the work shall be returned to its original state without claim for reimbursement.
2. Further investigation shall be conducted on topography and ground surface conditions and subsurface materials or obstacles to be encountered to ensure proper completion of work.
PERSONNEL
1. Sufficient competent and fully qualified personnel shall be provided to execute the work in a manner and within the time limit required by the contract.2. All labor and supervision required to complete the work shall be provided.
3. Support facilities, machinery, equipment and tools required to perform the work shall be provided.
